A big thank you to Mentorat Québec for choosing MentorCity as the platform for their mentoring program! We're thrilled to be part of thier journey in empowering mentors and mentees across Quebec. Together, we're making a difference through mentorship.
An inclusive certified mentoring program for an unlimited number of mentors? It doesn't get any easier. For the next cohort of the Path to Accompany in the Implementation of an Inclusive Mentoring Program (Parcours MI), Mentorat Québec is partnering with MentorCity , a bilingual mentoring platform that will now host the tools and procedures developed by the Path to MI.
Designed for organisations with over 200 people, the MI Path simplifies and makes accessible the design, implementation and evaluation of a mentorship program based on best practices. With the association at MentorCity, organizations that wish to do so will now be able to use a digital platform to pair mentors and mentees, automate follow-ups and simplify evaluation while using the Path material.
Any organization finalizing the MI Path will be awarded the accreditation of "Design of an inclusive mentoring program". After one year of applying inclusive mentoring, it is possible to apply for additional accreditation for the "Deployment of Inclusive Mentoring Program", emphasizing the quality and durability of your commitment to mentoring.

A certified inclusive mentorship program for an unlimited number of mentors and mentees? Putting one together has just become simpler than ever. Mentorat Québec is proud to announce its partnership with MentorCity, a bilingual mentorship platform, to host the tools and procedures developed by Mentorat Québec’s Parcours MI.
Mentorat Québec’s Parcours MI (Accompanying course in the implementation of an inclusive mentoring program) is a state-of-the-art, 15-hour course that makes it straightforward and affordable for organizations of more than 200 people to design, implement and evaluate an inclusive mentorship program grounded in best practices.
Mentorat Québec’s partnership with MentorCity means that organizations may now use a digital platform to match mentors and mentees, automate follow-ups, and simplify evaluations modeled on the material of the Parcours MI.
All organizations that complete the Parcours M I— both organizations that develop a new mentoring program and organizations that update an existing program—are awarded Mentorat Québec's certification "Design of an inclusive mentoring program." One year after implementing their program, organizations can apply for the certification "Deployment of an inclusive mentoring program."
