The time spent
developing others is one of the greatest investments that you can make. The
value of your time has a far greater impact than you can imagine.
Be the person who
doesn't accept comments that can be hurtful to a group of people. Let you
disapproval be seen as this will influence the people around you to not accept
the unacceptable.
When you are new to
a community, you are basically starting from scratch and will need to work
harder at establishing yourself within the community. It's about building your
reputation one conversation at a time.
