are either blessed with inspiration as the perfect words roll off your tongue
or you say something that you wish you could take back. Those are
the moments that you will always remember - the ones that prepare
you for your next opportunity to shine.

Being lost and
directionless can be hard on your self-confidence. You may feel as though you
are grasping for something, anything. Take one of your ideas, interest areas,
unique abilities and explore it to uncover opportunities and possibilities. If
there is nothing there, then move onto the next one.

Changing negative
thoughts and perceptions that you hold about yourself is one of most difficult
challenges that you face. Breaking out
of those thoughts requires you to step outside of your comfort zone - pushing those
negative thoughts to the side.
When you change your work out routine, your diet or tweak the way that you do something - you will see results again. When you do the same thing, the same way for too long - the results are difficult to see.
