Be
a tourist in your own city every once in a while. Feel pride about where you
live and all it has to offer. Keep your eyes open for the good and not
so good. Appreciate the good and do something about the not so good if it's
important enough to you.
A common interest,
experience, connection helps to build a relationships foundation. Establishing
rapport shouldn't only happen during your first meeting, it should be a part of
every meeting.
There is always a
new way of doing something - a better way to connect with your audience. Put
yourself in their shoes, identify any issues that may be holding them back and
then change it up to achieve different results.
For some decisions
the right circumstances and opportunities need to be present that will push you
into making a decision. Otherwise, you can take your time.

Balance your time to ensure that your business continues to grow.
Report the good and
the bad in a factual, positive and optimistic way. The numbers talk. They can
be inspiring or discouraging. However, the numbers alone don't provide a full
scenario of the actions taken, the project timelines, organizational changes,
etc. as they are only numbers.
