Communicating
product updates and upgrades through an email will only go so far. Set-up
actual meetings to discuss how enhancements will meet your customers needs and
create an enriched experience.
You may need to stop
the old way of doing something to make room for the new. It may feel awkward at
first. Resist the temptation to go back to what's comfortable. Commit to giving
the new way a try, measure results and then decide.
You may have an
inner urge to take action, to pursue something different, or to put more
passion into something that you already do because you see a greater purpose.
Listen to these inner callings and let them drive you.
"How do I balance work responsibilities with a personal project?" - Espresso with my mentor within

For the personal
project set a daily goal in your calendar that is manageable and that doesn't
take up too much time. This will keep your personal project moving forward on a
daily basis without distracting you from your day job.
"What do I do when someone doesn't like me anymore?" - Espresso with my mentor within

You may never fully
understand why someone has changed their feelings towards you. The
challenge will be how you handle this relationship when you see them often.
Display the same courtesy and respect that you would show any acquaintance and
leave it at that.
Your reason for
doing something will be different from someone else. Everyone has a unique why
that drives them forward and gets them to participate with passion.
Communicating your why is a great way to build trust, engage others, and
establish relationships on a deeper level.
