When
you see potential in someone - push them out of their comfort zone. They may
hate you for it at the time but also feel grateful that they were nudged
forward.
You
have the ability to change scenarios, to change your mind and to change
directions. Something that made sense, may no longer make sense and that's
okay.
You can take an old
concept and make it new again. Take a few of the old ingredients that you like
and add some of your own. Then try it out to see your vision in action.
Measuring productivity - Espresso with my mentor within

Productivity is
quantifiable. For each of your job responsibilities determine the number of
items that you did during the week. Did you stay focused on doing what you
were supposed to be doing? What were the results that you achieved? Is there
something that you can do differently next week to increase your productivity?
Gauge follow up
differently for each lead depending on their interest and where they are at in
the sales process. You may need to conduct more regular follow-up at the
beginning of the process to keep your product top of mind and to ensure an
opportunity isn't lost to the competition.
