When you create work
that can help more people, that can change the way someone perceives something
and that moves you and your company towards its mission. Even though you are
excited to share your work with everyone and spread the word today. Try to be
more patient and follow processes to get your work out there in the right way.
When
you see potential in someone - push them out of their comfort zone. They may
hate you for it at the time but also feel grateful that they were nudged
forward.
You
have the ability to change scenarios, to change your mind and to change
directions. Something that made sense, may no longer make sense and that's
okay.
You can take an old
concept and make it new again. Take a few of the old ingredients that you like
and add some of your own. Then try it out to see your vision in action.

Productivity is
quantifiable. For each of your job responsibilities determine the number of
items that you did during the week. Did you stay focused on doing what you
were supposed to be doing? What were the results that you achieved? Is there
something that you can do differently next week to increase your productivity?
