When you
follow a couple people on social media and receive a personalized response back
- it feels special until you receive the same personalized message from the
second person. Or when you read a message that doesn't acknowledge the new year
or another special day. Personalized messages that slightly relate to that
person or what's actually happening make you and your brand more real.
Think
about who you were in 2015 and what you can become in 2016. Challenge, change,
reflection and action will help you to move forward quickly. You only have 12
months to realize this new vision. There is no time to lose.
Decisions
will make or break your company. Take the time to think through a decision from
all angles and at the same time you need to decide with speed. Rationalize a
decision but give room for your intuition to play a role. A decision should
always be made with the best interest of your business in mind and that's it.
Second
chances don't come as easily as they used to - there are so many options these
days. That's why every day you need to put your heart and soul into it,
you need to be continuously evolving, and be leading by example so that your
team follows suit. If a second chance is required your customer should have
confidence that the service they have come to expect will be back and may even
be stronger.

Try them to determine the best fit. Throw away the ones that don't suit you and
that you can't stick with because they will waste your time.
